Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive – Documentation & Customer Service to manage end-to-end documentation and customer coordination for Freight Forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import/export documentation, shipment tracking, customer communication, and coordination with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customs brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify import and export documentation.
- Process Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
- Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure documentation complies with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
- Resolve customer queries and service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain shipment records, documentation, and operational MIS.
- Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and maintain service quality standards.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of Freight Forwarding documentation.

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- MS Office and logistics software proficiency.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
