- 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes for projects.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for material requirements.
- Track orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor database.
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
