The Role
As our Admissions Counsellor, you're the first point of contact for people beginning their transformation with AEROBIX. You'll understand their goals, guide them to the right program, and help them commit with confidence. You'll turn interest into enrollment and start every client's journey on the right note.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming enquiries and consultation bookings
- Counsel prospective clients and match them to the right program
- Guide prospects through the enrollment decision and close admissions
- Maintain organized records of leads and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the coaching and operations team for smooth onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in counselling or sales
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized, empathetic, and professional
- Confident on calls and in face-to-face consultations
- Genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping people
