About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Brand Promoters to represent our products at leading Modern Trade outlets. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting brand awareness, and driving product sales through effective communication and demonstration.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and demonstrate products to customers at D Mart Modern Trade stores.
Actively engage with walk-in customers and explain product features, benefits, and usage.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Ensure attractive product display and maintain stock visibility at the outlet.
Address customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Build positive relationships with store staff and management.
Share daily sales reports and customer feedback with the reporting manager.
Maintain grooming standards and adhere to company guidelines at all times.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and energetic personality.
Basic understanding of retail sales and customer handling.
Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and peak retail hours.
Prior experience in retail/promotions (preferred but not mandatory).
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
Experience: 0–10 years in sales, retail, or brand promotion.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
