Experience : 15-18 Years exposure in heavy fabrication, manufacturing, Machining industry in production function
Roles and Responsibilities of Production
Production Head would be overall responsible for day to day running of factory operations.
A Brief description of roles and responsibilities would be as follows:
Machining and Fabrication shop would report to Production Head
Monitor daily execution status and enforce necessary coarse corrections if there are any deviations
Ensure assets are utilised to the full and capacity utilisation is minimum 90%
Ensure there is continuous focus on quality issues. Rework and rejections are in control
Manage manpower in the factory for optimum delivery
Skill Sets Required:
Independently handle and guide the team on Roles and responsibilities mentioned above
Ability to manage multiple functions
Cost and delivery consciousness to meet both customer needs and internal targets
Soft Skills:
Dynamic and ability to coordinate with multiple functions.
Ability to communicate in Kannada would be preferred
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
