Position: BDE / Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:
- Identify and generate leads for rubber and engineering solutions.
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to customers.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for customized solutions.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders.
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and rubber/technical products.
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant technical field).
Experience: 2–5 years in technical sales preferred (freshers with strong technical communication can apply).
Preferred: Experience in rubber, polymers, or engineering product sales. Exposure to B2B industrial sales environments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
