Job description for QC INSPECTOR
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
· Gather samples from the stamping presses at specified interval and conduct detailed checks.
· Perform routine visual and dimensional inspections.
· Measure products using precision equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges and gauges.
· Accurately document inspection results, including any defects, deviations, or non-conformities found during the process.
· Identify and quarantine non-conforming products or materials, tagging on the material.
· Collaborate with production departments to implement corrective actions and resolve quality problems in a timely manner.
· Keep all measurement and testing equipment operating accurately by following calibration schedules and operating instructions.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· ITI or DME, preferably worked in stamping press shop and having 1 to 3yrs experience
SKILLS –
· Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges,)
· Ability to read and accurately technical drawings, and specifications.
· Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS),
· Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry into quality databases).
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
