We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordination Executive to manage client communication, appointment scheduling, payment follow-ups, and site coordination for ongoing civil/construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls and regular
- communication with clients Schedule meetings, appointments
- Follow up on pending payments and documentation
- Visit project sites when required
- Maintain daily work updates and client records
- Ensure smooth coordination between office and site operations
- Assist in project progress tracking and reporting Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of civil/construction projects is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client follow-ups Willingness to travel for site visits
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, etc.) Organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
