We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Service Business Development Executive with 1–4 years of experience to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling IT services such as software development, web/app solutions, cloud, QA, or digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution alignment
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar platforms is a plus
