Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with consultants.
- Maintain visitor records and manage front desk activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and document management.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.
