Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, coordination with consultants, client handling, and on-site supervision to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Handle client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material selection.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors.
Required Skills - Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit
- Experience in 3D visualisation tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape preferred)
- Basic understanding of BOQ and estimation
- Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
Soft Skills:
- Strong design and space planning ability
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Client-handling capability
- Time management and multi-tasking ability
- Problem-solving mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects
- Exposure to turnkey projects
- Experience in furniture detailing (preferred if hiring for Fitnfurniture)
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
