Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in corporate or consultancy hiring
- Exposure to bulk hiring and lateral hiring
- Prior experience handling mid to senior-level roles
