Job Description – Full Stack Developer (.NET / React.js) Position - Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) Experience - 4–5 Years About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our Shared Services engineering team. This role is ideal for an individual contributor who is passionate about building modern applications, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift across multiple initiatives. As part of a Shared Services organization, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and .NET technologies. Build responsive, high-performance, and user-centric front-end applications with a strong focus on usability and maintainability. Develop secure and efficient backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET. Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews. Analyze, understand, enhance, and modernize existing legacy applications while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best practices for automated build, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate effectively with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams. Work independently to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal guidance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices. Effectively manage multiple workstreams and switch contexts when supporting different applications and business priorities. Required Technical Skills Front-End Strong expertise in React.js Excellent understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with responsive UI development and component-based architecture Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and debugging techniques Experience integrating RESTful APIs Back-End Strong experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns Database Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience in query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, views, and database performance tuning DevOps & Cloud Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar Good understanding of version control using Git Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with Azure preferred Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker is an advantage Required Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and enhance complex legacy applications. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable working in a Shared Services environment supporting multiple applications and business functions. Ability to switch context efficiently while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal handholding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to engineering excellence. Development Methodology Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience participating in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Familiarity with modern software engineering practices including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
