Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to manage and execute construction projects efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring quality execution of site activities while adhering to timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily/weekly reports
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Manage materials, labor, and site resources effectively
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Verify bills, measurements, and contractor work progress
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential or commercial building projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic project management tools
- Strong site handling and team coordination skills
