We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeler to join our engineering team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling, Revit MEP, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary building services projects.
The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate, coordinated BIM models, supporting project delivery, resolving modeling/coordination issues, and ensuring models comply with project standards and requirements.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and building services.
- Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Knowledge of LOD 300–500 modeling.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and MEP layouts.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and model development.
Good to Have:
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Experience working on international/Middle East projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and documentation procedures.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, data centre, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
