About the Role
Your main goal is to be a door-opener. You will focus entirely on finding the right people, reaching out to them, and inviting them to have a meeting with our team.
To protect our company's reputation and support your learning journey, you will not be responsible for pricing, technical checks, or closing deals. You bring the conversation to the table, and our senior leaders will take over from there.
What You Will Do
- LinkedIn Networking: Connect and talk with founders, business owners, and startup operators around the world.
- Global Outreach: Search for and contact relevant businesses and decision-makers outside your local market.
- Partnership Research: Find agencies, consultants, and business communities that could benefit from working with us.
- Booking Meetings: Spark enough interest in our services to schedule a meeting between the potential client and our leadership team.
- Network Mining: Look into your own network or university circle to see if anyone needs software or tech help.
- Building Referrals: Talk to people to get introductions to other businesses, focusing on long-term relationships rather than just quick sales.
- Daily Tracking: Keep an organized and neat record of every person you contact, their response, and when to follow up with them.
- Event Support: Help our team prepare for networking events and research the people attending so we can connect with them easily.

- Proactive Thinker: You do not wait for a daily to-do list. You enjoy researching, finding clues, and taking the initiative to reach out to people.
- Clear Communicator: You can write simple, polite, and professional messages that people actually want to reply to. You know how to sound friendly yet professional.
- Interest in Technology: You have a genuine curiosity about software services, apps, and the tech industry. You don't need to know how to code, but you should understand what a software company does.
- Organized & Patient: You can handle multiple conversations at once without getting confused. You understand that some people won't reply, and you don't take it personally.
