Excellent Engineering Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and lead generation.
- Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Promote and sell the company's engineering products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
