Role & Responsibilities:-
- Deliver Online Lessons: Conduct structured virtual classes focusing on all four IELTS modules—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Conduct Mock Tests: Administer practice speaking tests and full-length simulated exams to evaluate student readiness.
- Teach Exam Strategies: Share time-management tips, question-solving techniques, and specific layout patterns for academic and general training tests.
- Evaluate Assignments: Review and grade practice essays, reading tasks, and listening tests.
- Provide Personalized Feedback: Highlight individual grammar mistakes, vocabulary gaps, and pronunciation errors with clear steps for improvement.
- Track Student Progress: Maintain records of band score improvements and adjust lesson plans to address weak areas
- Manage Virtual Classrooms: Utilize video conferencing software (like Zoom or Google Meet) smoothly and keep digital attendance.
- Prepare Lesson Material: Create or customize digital handouts, slide decks, and vocabulary exercises.
- Communicate Flexibly: Answer student queries through chat or email outside live teaching hours, adhering to part-time contract windows
Required:-
- Bachelor's Degree: Required in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Official IELTS Score: Valid test report showing an overall band of 8.0 or higher.
- IELTS Teaching History: Minimum 1–2 years of experience coaching students for the IELTS exam.
- Online Teaching Expertise: Proven familiarity with virtual learning environments and interactive whiteboards.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Deep understanding of British Council and IDP assessment criteria.
- Hardware Setup: Reliable laptop, high-speed internet link, noise-canceling headset, and HD webcam.
- Software Literacy: Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and digital document sharing tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
