We are seeking ambitious and result-oriented Sales Associates / Sales Executives to support our expansion across the UAE and GCC markets.
Position Overview
The Sales Associate / Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting cold calls, utilizing AI tools for research and sales activities, following up with prospects, closing business opportunities, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, confident in communication, and comfortable working with modern AI-powered sales tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients across UAE and GCC markets.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct daily sales activities and prospect outreach.
- Schedule appointments and client meetings.
- Support revenue generation targets.
Cold Calling
- Perform outbound cold calling campaigns.
- Introduce company services and solutions.
- Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers.
- Convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain professional client communications.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, and online platforms.
- Research target industries and companies.
- Build and update lead databases.
- Support marketing campaigns with qualified prospects.
Sales Follow-Up & Closing
- Follow up on enquiries and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Handle objections and client concerns.
- Assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research.
- Identify emerging opportunities and industries.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Support business expansion initiatives.
AI Tools Utilization (Mandatory)
- Use AI tools for prospect research.
- Generate sales content and communications.
- Analyze customer requirements.
- Improve productivity through AI-assisted workflows.
- Support lead qualification and market analysis.
