Job Description – Accounts & Finance Manager
Location: Hilite Business Park, Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role
Helett Enterprises LLP is looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage the organization's finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy, maintain statutory compliance, oversee reporting, and provide valuable financial insights to support business growth.
Experience in Electronics Retail, E-Commerce, or Inventory-Based Businesses is highly preferred. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books (Highly Preferred) and ERP systems will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Oversee end-to-end accounting and finance activities.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounting.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management insights.
- Monitor business performance through profitability and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
Team & Process Management
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Establish strong internal controls and improve accounting processes.
- Drive automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess any one of the following:
- CMA
- ACCA
- MBA (Finance)
- M.Com
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in Electronics Retail, E-Commerce, Marketplace Finance, or Inventory-Driven Businesses is preferred.
