Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and alert CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, customers, and assets. The candidate should have good observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Observe and report suspicious activities, theft, or security breaches.
- Maintain records of incidents, observations, and daily monitoring reports.
- Coordinate with security staff and management during emergencies.
- Ensure all CCTV systems and recording devices are functioning properly.
- Retrieve and review CCTV footage whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and recordings.
- Report technical issues related to CCTV equipment to the concerned team.
- Follow company security policies and procedures.
- Maintain shift handover reports and logs accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and alertness.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance equipment is an added advantage.
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in CCTV operations/security preferred.
Salary

Working Hours
- Rotational shifts / Day & Night shifts.
