Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in IT and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and introduce Alphacyrix Technologies and its services.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Explain our services, including websites, mobile applications, e-commerce, digital marketing, and software solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams to understand project requirements and pricing.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technology solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients.
- Good lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, digital marketing, or IT services is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge.
