Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and site execution activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams.
Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor quality standards and site safety procedures
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
Track materials, inventory, and site requirements
Verify measurements, quantities, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Resolve site-related technical and operational issues
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within budget
Requirements
B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Interior projects or construction site management
Knowledge of AutoCAD and site coordination processes
Understanding of interior execution, measurements, and BOQ verification
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple site activities efficiently
Preferred Skills
Experience in commercial or residential interior projects
Good knowledge of materials and finishing works
Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
Team management and vendor handling capability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
