CLIENT SERVICING MANAGER
Luxury Weddings & Bespoke Celebrations
We are looking for an exceptionally polished, articulate, and sophisticated woman to become the face of our luxury wedding design company.
This role goes beyond conventional client servicing.
It is about representing a luxury brand with elegance, emotional intelligence, and refined hospitality while curating an unforgettable client journey.
As the first point of interaction for our premium clientele, you will play a key role in building trust, understanding aspirations, and translating emotions into extraordinary celebrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the brand during luxury client meetings, venue visits, and presentations
- Conduct high-end wedding consultations with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Understand client preferences, lifestyles, cultural aesthetics, and event expectations
- Coordinate closely with the design, planning, production, and hospitality teams
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal creative departments
- Curate a refined and personalized client experience throughout the wedding journey
- Build long-term relationships with HNI and luxury clientele
- Assist in luxury presentations, mood boards, concept discussions, and experience curation
- Maintain impeccable grooming, etiquette, and brand representation at all times
- Attend wedding events and oversee client comfort, hospitality, and experience delivery
- Handle sensitive conversations and last-minute requirements with composure and discretion
- Uphold the brand’s luxury positioning through communication, behavior, and presentation
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A naturally elegant, confident, and presentable personality
- Strong command over English & Hindi
- Excellent social etiquette and hospitality understanding
- Ability to manage premium clients with grace and maturity
- Passion for luxury weddings, design, fashion, travel, and fine experiences
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, events, or client relations is preferred
