Job Summary
Prop Cid Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Advisor who possesses strong knowledge of real estate laws, legal documentation, and property transactions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling legal due diligence, document verification, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify property ownership documents, title deeds, and chain of documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence for residential and commercial properties.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Lease Agreements, Gift Deeds, MOUs, Power of Attorney, and Affidavits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, RERA, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with advocates, government authorities, sub-registrar offices, and legal consultants.
- Handle property registration, mutation, and other legal processes.
- Identify legal risks associated with property transactions and provide appropriate legal advice.
- Assist the management and sales teams in resolving legal queries related to real estate.
- Prepare and respond to legal notices and support litigation matters whenever required.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws and property documentation.
- Excellent understanding of Sale Deed, Agreement to Sell, Registry, GPA, Lease Deed, Title Search, Encumbrance Certificate, Mutation, and Property Verification.
- Knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Contract Act, and Stamp Duty regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and document verification skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
Educational Qualification
- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- LL.M. will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a Real Estate Company, Builder, Developer, or Property Consultancy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
