Associate Developer – Product & Technical Delivery

About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Developer – Product & Technical Delivery to join our technology and learning environment.
This is a unique hybrid role combining real-world software/product development with hands-on technical delivery to students.
The selected candidate will typically spend:
2 days per week contributing to product development
3 days per week leading technical learning, OJT and project activities for students
This is not a conventional trainer role. You will work as a developer while also helping students gain practical, industry-oriented development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development – 2 Days/Week
Develop and enhance software products and internal technology solutions.
Work on new features, bug fixing, testing and implementation.
Follow Git/GitHub and standard software development practices.
Participate in code reviews, documentation and development activities.
Collaborate with the IT/Product team on ongoing projects.
Contribute to product improvements and technical solutions.
Technical Delivery – 3 Days/Week
Conduct hands-on coding sessions and technical labs.
Guide students through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and live projects.
Lead student development teams and allocate technical tasks.
Review code, repositories and project deliverables.
Conduct project reviews, technical demonstrations and sprint activities.
Help students apply real-world software development practices.
Support technical bootcamps, hackathons and technology events.
Prepare students for internships, placements and technical interviews.
Required Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / MCA
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of software development fundamentals.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub and modern software development practices.
Experience
0–5 years of experience
Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–5 years of software development experience are preferred.
Hands-on experience through academic projects, internships, personal projects, GitHub repositories or professional development work will be considered.
Experience in Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Data Science or related technologies is an advantage.
