Roles and Responsibilities Proactively manage customer enquiries with
primary focus on sales order conversion
Coordinating with Production and Stores team
for material availability and update all the
stakeholders
Effectively manage the in-bound call process –
addressing queries, preparation of quotation,
seek customer approval, and facilitate the
creation of sales orders
Attend to the walk-in customers and guide thru
the sales process
Generate relevant reports on sales metrics
Skills: Strong communication skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Proficiency in managing enquiries and sales
process
Knowledge of SAP
Proficiency in MS Excel
Performance Criteria/KPIs Sales order conversion rate
Timely addressal of enquiries
Customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹11,447.61 - ₹31,211.04 per month
