Associate Director – Research
Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline | Strong Research & Academic Administration Background
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on qualification & experience)

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to):
- Lead and strengthen the institution's research ecosystem across departments.
- Promote quality research, publications, patents, and funded research projects.
- Guide faculty members in research methodology, proposal writing, and publication planning.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in securing research grants.
- Coordinate research collaborations with academic institutions, industries, and government agencies.
- Monitor institutional research output and maintain research documentation.
- Organize research workshops, FDPs, seminars, conferences, and innovation initiatives.
- Support accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance activities related to research.
Qualification / Eligibility
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline – Mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of teaching, research, or academic administration experience.
- Proven record of quality research publications, funded projects, or patents.
- Experience in research administration within a college or university will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
