Job Title: Manager - O2D Data Analyst
Location: Gurgaon

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the Order 2 Delivery (O2D) Analyst supports the O2D process orchestration and process capability across regions to achieve the process objectives by extracting & analyzing data, generating insights and establishing rules and supply chain parameters that will underpin the process objectives. The role works with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) & Regional O2D process leads to codify the right business rules into S4 HANA to maintain an efficient operating process across India, Europe, and US markets.
The role focuses on engaging with Sales to understand customer pain points, evolution of customer requirements and use this as key input to drive advance analytics to establish improvements in O2D SCM key activities and processes. This will require the role to have a deep understanding of our data and the core systems of O9 and S4 HANA. They will also needs to extract data, run deep analytics and be able to create appropriate visualization to track progress and drive improvements. The role will support GPOs & regional O2D leads across India, Europe and US markets to achieve their own O2D process objectives.
The role hence has a key focus on data extraction & management, service and supply chain analytics, reports development, rules calculation / support/ decision making, providing and driving insights on service levels, order fulfilment, and supply chain performance while working closely with senior Logistics & Planning stakeholders towards effective S4 HANA global rules governance and maintenance.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Extract and analyze data from S/4 HANA and other systems.
- Build and maintain analytics for O2D performance.
- Develop dashboarding, etc for key metrics (OTIF, fill rate, backorders).
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities using data.
2. Business Insights & Decision Support:
- Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Build recommended rules norms and adaptation
- Support senior stakeholders with analysis on order fulfillment and service performance.
- Highlight pros/cons of decisions using data-backed analysis
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership discussions
- Codification of rules into S4 HANA and rules maintenance towards improved O2D performance.
3. SAP Data Handling, analytics & reporting.
- Work on SAP to extract reports and datasets for analysis
- Support Global Process Owners (GPOs) with standard and ad hoc reporting requirements
- Use emerging AI / analytics tools for better insights and automation
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in analysis
- Use emerging AI / analytics tools for better insights and automation
- Continuously improve reporting formats and usability
4. Stakeholder Coordination & co-driving alignment.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, Finance)
- Collaborate with global teams across India, Europe, and US
- Drive & support discussions through data clarity and structured analysis towards S4 HANA rules alignment
Skills:
Functional Skills:
- Supply chain Order to Delivery / Availability to Promise process experience.
- Strong interest in data analysis and business insights.
- Exposure to multinational or cross-functional environment preferred.
Technical Skills:
- S/4 HANA & o9 experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic modelling)
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Basic understanding of AI /analytics tools (preferred)
- AWS data management
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights

Relevant Experience :
5-8 years of experience in analytics, reporting, supply chain analyst roles
Education Qualification(s):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commerce, economics, or related field
MBA in Supply Shain / Master in Data Management and Analytics.
Certifications preferred:
- SAP SD / aATP
- Analytics / Data Science certifications
