About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Executive who will be responsible for managing business calls, coordinating communication with clients and suppliers, and providing administrative support across various functions.
This is not a traditional front-office receptionist role. The position primarily involves handling business calls, communicating with suppliers and clients, and assisting with day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English, as the role requires regular interaction with suppliers and business associates based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Management – Handle incoming and outgoing business calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Supplier & Client Communication – Communicate confidently with suppliers, clients, and business associates, including those based in the UK, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Message & Follow-ups – Take accurate messages, maintain communication records, and follow up on pending discussions when required.
- Email Coordination – Manage and respond to assigned email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support – Assist with daily administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Scheduling & Coordination – Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative activities as required.
- Documentation – Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents and administrative records.
- General Office Support – Provide administrative assistance to different departments and perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Who You Are
- A graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Confident and professional while communicating over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- A proactive, well-organized individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in reception, administration, customer communication, telecalling, or office coordination is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
