We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace operations, product listings, order coordination, online promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords).
- Monitor daily sales, orders, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch and inventory updates.
- Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or online marketplace handling.
- Experience in Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
