Job Summary
True Visory Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English Faculty to help students improve their English communication skills and confidence. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct interactive classroom sessions and prepare students for academic, professional, and interview communication.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging Spoken English classes for students of different proficiency levels.
* Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
* Conduct grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and public speaking sessions.
* Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
* Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
* Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions.
* Maintain attendance and student progress records.
* Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in English or any relevant discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
* Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
