Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand's digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, digital marketing, and emerging social media trends, with the ability to create engaging campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Experience working with a D2C brand will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Create compelling social media posts, reels, stories, banners, and other digital content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats to introduce innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.
- Build and maintain an engaging online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth through organic and paid strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and brand promotions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Experience working with a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation and video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and boosting posts.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design/video editing software is an added advantage.
- Experience in influencer marketing and community management.
