1–5 years of experience in manufacturing or machine maintenance with hands-on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, or automated equipment and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform machine installation, servicing, and repair activities.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Assist in machine assembly, testing, and commissioning.
- Monitor production equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Support daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and assembly instructions.
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for operational improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience in machine repair, assembly, and production support.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
