- Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage lead generation efforts and nurture prospects through the sales funnel using marketing automation tools.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI and software development sectors.
- Assist in managing the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- 3+ years of professional experience in growth marketing or related roles.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
