We are Hiring : Sales Executive – UX & Product Design – Mumbai
At Yellow Slice, we don’t sell design.
We solve complex business and product problems through research-led UX and strategic thinking.
We’re looking for someone who can walk into a room and elevate the conversation not just sell services.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Collaborate with leadership & design teams to craft sharp, insight-led proposals
- Lead deep discovery conversations with founders, product leaders, and CXOs
- Build long-term relationships, not transactional deals
- Understand business problems, not just project requirements
- Identify where design can create measurable impact (conversion, retention, CX, growth)
- Drive opportunities from first conversation → proposal → closure
What We’re Looking For
- You ask the right questions and get clients to open up
- You think in terms of problems, systems, and outcomes
- You understand (or are curious about) UX, digital products, and human behavior
- You’re proactive, structured, and follow up like a professional
- You’re comfortable using AI tools and modern thinking frameworks
- You are not a typical salesperson.
Ideal Background
- 1–3 years in consultative sales / business development / digital consulting
- Experience with agencies, SaaS, product companies, or consulting firms
- Prior exposure to B2B sales is a strong advantage
- Existing network in startups or product ecosystem = bonus

Location
Mumbai (In-person client meetings are key to this role)
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
