Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Communicate with customers in clear and fluent English.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/software.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support & follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong English communication (verbal & written).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email / Internet).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
