Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Engineer with experience in project-based manufacturing and stainless steel fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for handling shop floor operations, ensuring quality standards, and executing projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to understand project requirements and specifications
Ensure adherence to TIG/MIG welding procedures and standards
Oversee steel fabrication, finishing, and painting processes
Interpret engineering drawings and ensure compliance with standards
Manage machining processes, methods, and quality standards
Supervise equipment assembly and installation activities
Handle and guide fabrication fitters, welders, machine operators, and assembly teams
Manage complete shop floor operations for project-based manufacturing
Ensure proper execution of stainless steel fabrication and finishing for Food & Pharma equipment
Preferred Industry:
Project-based companies
Stainless Steel (SS) Fabrication / Equipment Manufacturing
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering (DME / BE Mech)
Experience:
5 + years in relevant field
