About Us
Lahara Protocol is developing next-generation decentralized infrastructure combining post-quantum blockchain security, DePIN networks, and autonomous intelligence. We are looking for an ambitious SDE Intern to join our engineering squad on-site at our Kakkanad office. You will work directly with our senior engineers on real protocol modules, AI orchestration services, and high-performance backend systems.
Work Location & Relocation Requirement
- This is a strictly 100% in-office internship located at our workspace in Kakkanad, Kochi.
- Outstation candidates must be ready and willing to relocate to Kochi for the full duration of the internship.
What You’ll Work On
- Build, test, and maintain backend microservices and internal tooling supporting our AI and protocol network layers.
- Write clean, idiomatic code in systems and backend languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Assist in benchmarking system latency, analyzing network throughput, and writing unit/integration test suites.
- Work with Docker containers, API endpoints, and database interactions across production-grade workflows.
- Participate daily in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning alongside senior team members.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent practical coding background).
- Solid grasp of core Computer Science fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented/Systems Design, and OS basics.
- Practical coding skills in at least one language: Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and modern version-control workflows.
- A curious, proactive mindset and eagerness to solve challenging technical problems in an in-person, team environment.

- Exposure to basic networking principles, asynchronous I/O, or database queries (SQL).
