Role description
CyberProof is seeking an experienced Global Security & AI Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership across cybersecurity strategy, AI security, cloud security, security operations, and customer transformation programmes. The successful candidate will combine deep cybersecurity expertise, AI security knowledge, and strong customer-facing advisory capabilities. The architect will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leading solution architecture, onboarding, implementation, optimisation, and security transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. This role requires expertise across Identity, Data, Endpoint, Application Security, Security Operations, Cloud Security, and AI Security, with a particular focus on Microsoft Security, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Google SecOps, and emerging AI technologies within Azure and Google Cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, technology providers, and delivery organisations to define strategic roadmaps, drive innovation, align vendor capabilities with customer objectives, and identify opportunities to expand CyberProof services. The role combines Solution Architecture, Technical Delivery Leadership, Thought Leadership, AI Security Advisory, and Senior Subject Matter Expertise. Key Responsibilities Customer Advisory & Thought Leadership Serve as a trusted cybersecurity and AI security advisor to customer stakeholders, including technical, operational, and executive leadership teams. Deliver thought leadership workshops, strategic advisory engagements, executive briefings, and security transformation roadmaps. Translate business objectives, risk drivers, and technology requirements into secure and scalable security architectures. Develop cybersecurity, cloud security, AI security, and security operations strategies aligned with customer business priorities. Stay current with Microsoft, Google, CrowdStrike, and broader cybersecurity industry roadmaps and emerging technologies. Align provider roadmaps with customer security and technology strategies. Identify opportunities to introduce innovative security services and technologies that improve customer security posture and business outcomes. Security & AI Solution Architecture Design and govern enterprise security architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Provide architecture leadership across: Identity Security Data Protection & Information Security Endpoint Security Application Security Cloud Security Security Operations AI Security & Governance Design and lead implementation of security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities using: Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Defender XDR Suite Microsoft Security Platform Google SecOps CrowdStrike NG SIEM (preferred) Define target-state security architectures and technology transformation roadmaps. Conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, and roadmap workshops. Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives. AI Security & AI Architecture Act as a trusted advisor for customers adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Agent-based solutions. Design secure AI and Generative AI architectures across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Architect enterprise AI security controls covering: AI Governance AI Risk Management AI Security Monitoring Model Security Prompt Security Agent Security Data Protection for AI Workloads Identity & Access Controls for AI Platforms Lead AI Security Architecture assessments and reviews. Design secure implementations leveraging: Azure OpenAI Azure AI Foundry Microsoft Copilot Microsoft Copilot Studio Microsoft Security Copilot Google Vertex AI Gemini Google SecOps AI capabilities Develop AI security adoption roadmaps and governance frameworks. Deliver AI Security workshops, advisory engagements, and executive strategy sessions. Identify opportunities to expand CyberProof AI Security and AI-enabled cybersecurity services. Technical Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end cybersecurity onboarding, implementation, and transformation projects. Own technical solution delivery from architecture through implementation and operational handover. Lead CyberProof onboarding services across: Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Defender Platform Microsoft Security Stack Google SecOps Cloud Security Services AI Security Solutions Provide technical governance and oversight throughout project execution. Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical decision-making activities. Collaborate with customers, project managers, engineers, and analysts to ensure successful project delivery. Drive architecture standards, delivery excellence, and service quality across customer engagements. Sales & Business Development Support Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to support revenue growth initiatives. Participate in customer pursuits, discovery workshops, demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal development. Support development of Statements of Work (SoWs) and technical proposals. Demonstrate CyberProof’s technical capabilities and service offerings to prospective customers. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts. Help customers align technology investments with long-term security and digital transformation strategies. Support development of new CyberProof service offerings across Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Security Operations, and AI Security domains.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Data Protection & Information Security Endpoint Security Application Security Cloud Security Security Operations (SecOps) Threat Detection & Response Security Architecture & Governance Security Platform Expertise Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using: Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Defender XDR Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft Defender for Identity Microsoft Defender for Cloud Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps Microsoft Purview Google SecOps Highly desirable: CrowdStrike NG SIEM CrowdStrike Falcon Platform AI Security & Cloud Expertise Strong understanding of AI Security principles and governance frameworks. Experience designing AI-enabled solutions on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Knowledge of: Azure OpenAI Azure AI Foundry Microsoft Copilot Microsoft Security Copilot Google Vertex AI Gemini Experience implementing secure architecture patterns for AI workloads. Understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, AI risk management, and AI security controls. Ability to advise customers on secure adoption of AI technologies and Agent-based architectures. Strong Azure and Google Cloud security architecture experience. Leadership & Customer Engagement Proven ability to lead complex cybersecurity and AI transformation programmes. Experience managing executive, business, and technical stakeholder relationships. Strong workshop facilitation and consulting skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes. Strong customer advisory and strategic planning capabilities. Business & Commercial Acumen Demonstrated success supporting pre-sales, solution development, and business growth activities. Ability to align vendor roadmaps with customer strategic objectives. Experience identifying expansion opportunities and driving service growth.
