ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring for a leading global MNC for an International Non-Voice process. This role involves handling customer queries via calls, chat, or email and providing accurate and timely resolutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer interactions through voice/chat/email support
- Resolve queries related to bookings, payments, or general support
- Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and processes strictly
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Experienced candidates can apply
- Undergraduate / Graduate both eligible
- Excellent English communication (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
