Job Title: Primary Teacher – English & SST (Grades 4 & 5)
School: Vishwajyot High School (ICSE Board)
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English and Social Studies to Grades 4 & 5 as per ICSE curriculum
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Conduct assessments, maintain records, and track student progress
- Develop students’ reading, writing, comprehension, and analytical skills
- Integrate activities, projects, and digital tools for effective learning
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English / Social Studies or relevant field
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- Prior teaching experience in ICSE school preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Good command over English
- Creative, patient, and student-focused approach
