Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate wallpaper installations across multiple cities in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation partners, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining installation quality standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities : Installation Operations Management
- Coordinate and schedule wallpaper installations across multiple cities.
- Allocate installation projects to the appropriate installers based on location, expertise, and availability.
- Monitor installation timelines and ensure on-time project completion.
- Handle installation escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Installer Network Management
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain a network of skilled installation partners across India.
- Train installers on Magicdecor's installation standards, SOPs, and customer service expectations.
- Evaluate installer performance through regular quality audits and customer feedback.
- Develop city-wise installer coverage to support business expansion.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure installations meet Magicdecor's quality standards.
- Review installation photos and completion reports.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and implement corrective actions where required.
- Reduce installation-related complaints and rework cases.
Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with customers to confirm installation schedules.
- Provide installation updates and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage post-installation concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure project readiness.
- Coordinate material dispatch and installation timelines.
- Maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track installation KPIs including:
- Installation completion rate
- On-time installation percentage
- Customer satisfaction scores
- Installer performance metrics
- Installation cost per project
- Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1 years of experience in installation operations, project coordination, interior execution, home improvement, furniture, décor, or related industries.
- Experience managing distributed vendor or installer networks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service and field operations.
