**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage customer relationships through digital banking channels
- Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products
- Cross-sell & up-sell products like cards, assets, and TPP
- Promote digital banking services and customer retention
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain CRM records and documentation accurately
- Achieve sales and portfolio targets
- Follow banking compliance and process guidelines
**Required Skills:**
- Strong communication & customer handling skills
- Sales and persuasion abilities
- Basic banking & financial product knowledge
- Computer and CRM knowledge
- Customer-focused mindset
**Languages Required:**
- English (Mandatory)
