Job Summary
DGVS is looking for a friendly, professional, and communication-oriented Receptionist cum telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle incoming/outgoing calls effectively. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders while also supporting telecalling and coordination activities.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Attend incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries appropriately
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, coordination, awareness programs, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain visitor records, call logs, and office documentation
- Provide basic information regarding organizational programs and services
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services
- Support administrative and office coordination activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist departments in communication and data entry tasks when required
- Ensure professional communication with stakeholders and beneficiaries
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Intermediate qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, tele calling, customer support, or front office operations preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
- Pleasant personality with professional behavior
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage calls efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in NGO or service-sector organizations
- Good telephone etiquette and communication handling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
