Role Overview-
We’re hiring an Experienced Freight Broker with a proven book of business and a consistent track record of delivering minimum $3500 GP/Month. You will work in US hours supporting established clients while growing new accounts. US/Canada/MX .
Key Responsibilities-
-Manage and grow your existing book of business.
-Source and close new prospect & customer.
-Negotiate competitive rates with carriers & customer
-Quote & Book loads using load boards and TMS
-Deliver consistent monthly sales/profit performance
-Build strong client partnerships.
Base Salary + Incentive & Bonus
- Monthly performance incentive
- Quarterly bonus: Based on targets achieved.

Base Salary+
Performance Incentives:
✔ 15 % – 35 % of gross profit (uncapped)-depending on experience & sales performance.
