We are looking for a young, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing cum Business Development Officer who is passionate about education and can contribute to increasing student admissions and expanding the institute's presence through ethical marketing and relationship building.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age: 22–28 years (preferred).
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 0–3 years in education marketing, admissions, business development, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the institute's NEET, JEE, and Foundation programs through ethical marketing initiatives.
- Generate quality admission enquiries and convert them into student admissions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, teachers, tuition centres, educational consultants, and coaching partners.
- Organize school visits, seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and promotional events.
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, admission drives, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation and timely follow-up.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, scholarships, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets through professional and ethical practices.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the institute professionally at educational fairs, exhibitions, and public events.
