Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose complex mechanical or electrical faults, oversee repair work, and test equipment to restore functionality.
- Equipment Improvements: Analyze breakdown data to identify recurring issues, recommending upgrades or design modifications to improve reliability.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all machinery and facility operations adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and OSHA guidelines.
- Team & Vendor Coordination: Supervise technical staff and external contractors, coordinating maintenance activities around production schedules to reduce downtime.
- Documentation & Inventory: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and oversee spare parts inventory to ensure components are readily available.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, reading technical schematics, and working with computerized maintenance management systems
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, critical decision-making, and the ability to work well under pressure during equipment emergencies.
Pay: ₹12,085.14 - ₹46,073.39 per month
