- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and executives.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle high-value client meetings and negotiate property deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Requirements:
- MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in team management and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
