Cadabam's Group is hiring School/College Counselors!
We have been the pioneers of the Mental Health field for over three decades and have multiple brands under the same organization. We have our School Mental Health Program field for which we require School Counselors who can give us a commitment of one or two years who have pursued MSc in Psychology. The candidate should be ready to commute or relocate to Electronic City, towards Kanakapura Road or Bannerghatta Side.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates who have a keen interest on working with children and adolescents. They should show high empathetic skills, patience, excellent communication skills. One would be allocated to particular schools to work with the students, teachers and parents there. This job will opportunity to learn and grow in the field of psychology. Here is a brief overview of the job description
- Work at various schools to conduct individual sessions for students
- Conduct group sessions/ life skills classes
- Work as a team and discuss case studies
- Liase with school for better outcome of awareness of Mental and Emotional Health
- Provide triaging services for helpline
- Create content around mental health
- Conduct teacher training sessions
- Conduct parent training sessions
- Conduct surveys and research
Job Type: Full-time
Qualification: MSc in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Counselling Psychology
Experience: preferably 1 year (Freshers can also apply)
Language: Proficiency in Kannada and English
Location: Electronic City, Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru City
